The Path Is Right Beneath Your Feet.

“Your Path Always Lies Right Beneath Your Feet.”

After a personal journey with breast cancer, my work evolved into helping people reconnect to their bodies, their truth, and the daily choices that shape how they live. Through simple practices rooted in movement, grounding, nervous system support, and honest conversation, I guide people back to themselves from the ground up.

Patty Ivey is a visionary entrepreneur, and longtime leader in the world of transformation and embodied living. Long before founding one of the most well-known Yoga studios in Washington, DC, Patty built multiple successful businesses rooted in service, from boutique bakeries to a bodywork and energy work practice serving athletes, public figures, and high-performing professionals.

In 2003, she introduced Hot Power Yoga to the DC area by opening the region’s first Power Vinyasa studio. Over the past two decades, Patty’s bold leadership style, uncompromising integrity and honest approach to the personal transformation, had a direct impact on the reshaping of the culture of yoga in Washington, DC.

After her personal journey through breast cancer and recovery, Patty’s work has now evolved beyond performance into work that is far more grounded, by helping people reconnect to their bodies, their truth, and the daily choices that shape how they live.

Through simple and foundational practices rooted in movement, nutrition, energy work, nervous system support, and honest conversation, she now guides people back to themselves from the ground up. Her belief is simple:

Your body is not the enemy. It is the messenger.

What my people are saying!

“Patty has a unique way of connecting with her clients. She sees you and sees what is possible — she challenges you to dig deeper than you think you can. While she’s not for everyone with her unapologetic candor, she is the real deal if you’re willing to get honest with yourself. ”

“Patty is someone who sees you for who you are, often times before you see for yourself. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share while simultaneously empowering you to see and trust yourself. She is honest, tough and nurturing. Her mentorship and coaching is invaluable.”

“As a professional educator, working with Patty was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and my family. She has shown me how to be a leader, and empowered me to stand for what matters most. I came out the other side as a self-aware, mindful and empathetic human being.”
