For more than three decades, I’ve built businesses, served clients, led communities, and pursued excellence in everything I touched. From a successful boutique food business, to a thriving massage therapy practice, then launching Washington DC's first hot power yoga studio, Down Dog Yoga, one of the most respected studios in the country. I always understood what it meant to perform at a high level.

Like many high performers, I believed I could keep pushing, until my body said enough is enough.

A breast cancer diagnosis changed the entire conversation, forcing me to finally pay attention to what my body was trying to telling me for years.

What emerged was a simple realization:

Success means very little if your health cannot sustain it. Find Your Feet was born from that experience.

I now help ambitious, capable people build a healthier relationship with their body, energy, and daily life without abandoning their goals, responsibilities, or drive.

The work I do is not about you needing to become someone else. This is not about telling you to slow down or move to a mountaintop.

This work is about you learning how to stay connected to yourself while living a full, meaningful, successful life.
